Personalise Your Gift: Select a donation amount, write a personal message, choose a gift card template, and optionally schedule delivery for a special occasion.
Deliver the Joy: The recipient receives a digital gift card by email, as a downloadable PDF, or no card is issued. The donation amount is hidden by default.

Recipient Privacy

Donation amounts are hidden from recipients by default. Donors can choose to reveal the amount when sending the gift. Recipients only see the gift card, message, and charity information unless the donor opts in. This protects both donor generosity and recipient dignity.

Fee Structure and Pricing

Platform fee: 0% — charities pay nothing. Hiba Gifts is free for charities.
Revenue comes from voluntary donor tips. During checkout, donors are invited to add an optional tip (5%, 10%, 16%, 20%, or custom). Tips are entirely voluntary.
Payment processing fees (Stripe) apply and vary by country. Donors can choose to cover processing fees so 100% goes to the charity.
